In 2003 McAlister Development Company acquired a parcel of ocean front land in the Caribbean island chain known as the Turks and Caicos Islands and set out to develop a luxury condominium resort. Located in Providenciales on the shores of Grace Bay, the West Bay Club is a 47 unit, oceanfront condominium resort that is actively managed as a hotel/resort for guests visiting the island.  With great attention to detail, the resort was designed with an architecture and style that blends Caribbean charm with modern features.

Each of the ocean front suites at The West Bay Club feature views of ocean, along with large outdoor terraces and indoor spaces surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass.  The resort also includes a large pool, a full service restaurant and bar as well as a complete fitness center and professional spa for the owners and guests.

Construction at The West Bay Club began in 2005 with completion in Spring 2008.
